As a team, Live2ball recognizes the lack of equity that is present in regards to access to sports around the US, especially in Chicago. While the benefits of sports are well documented, many kids are not able to access these very benefits due to a lack of access to equipment and a whole host of other problems. They miss out on critical aspects of a child's development, such as building self esteem, learning to work with teammates to achieve a larger goal, sportsmanship, etc. The benefits are endless. At Live2Ball, we believe that it is our duty to try to combat the inequity that is present in whatever way that we can, whether it be through fundraisers, equipment drives, or anything else that can help kids who want to play sports, play sports.
